Does this product really work?

Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30-60 days.

How soon can I see results?

Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is key.

Do Sultrypro Products work for all hair types/textures?

Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures.

Can your products be used on children?

Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 3 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with 100% natural ingredients.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we often have sales and send out promotional offers to those that are subscribed to our mailing list.

How do I find out about new products?

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase.

How will I know my order was received?

An order confirmation will appear as the last step in your order process. Shortly after, you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the order number and summary of your order.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, SultryPro hips to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii as well as U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). Shipments to international destinations is not available. In order to make purchases at SultryPro you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.

What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns on used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. Please see our refund policy for more information.

My return has been refunded incorrectly, how do I proceed?

We’re sorry if we’ve made a mistake processing your return. If you were expecting a refund and were not refunded the full amount, it may be because we do not refund delivery, shipping, and handling costs. For more help call us at 617-871-9236 or contact us.

Can I purchase salon size products?

Of course. Please contact us for special orders.

Are there any restrictions on using SultryPro product, for instance when pregnant or on medication?
There are no specific restrictions for using our products. However, you should always consult your doctor for questions or concerns.

When should I expect to hear back from customer care?

SultryPro is based in the USA and our hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm EST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days, so hold tight—we’ll get back to you.
